Advocate, legal advisor, and commercial arbitrator, he graduated from the college of Law at Sultan Qaboos University, and worked directly in the legal profession, starting as a trainee lawyer and gradually becoming an appeal lawyer

Rashad Rashid Al Balushi is the founder of Rashad Rashid Al Balushi Advocates and Legal Consultants, and he established his first office in the Duqm Economic Zone in late 2018 and has worked on many complex cases that need appropriate legal solutions. He obtained many acquittals in favor of his clients in the most complex cases
He established the second branch in the Governorate of Muscat in Al-Amerat in the year 2020 due to his successes and the desire of customers to be present in the capital.

Rashad Al Balushi has also succeeded in gaining many clients, especially commercial companies of all kinds, due to his series of successes and his good reputation among the judicial community.
In addition, he is specialized in commercial arbitration and has worked on many cases in it, and has started providing courses for law students in the field of arbitration.

A primary lawyer and legal advisor, specializing in commercial law, she graduated from the Modern College of Commerce and Science, majoring in commercial law, and studied law in English, which gives her experience in dealing with office clients, in addition to that, she holds certificates in many legal courses. In the office, writing lawsuits and legal memos in various cases, especially commercial cases, interviewing clients, extracting facts, providing advice, pleading before the courts, and reviewing the administrative authorities of a judicial nature.

Trainee Lawyer

Trainee Lawyer, a law graduate from Al-Zahraa College for Girls with an honors grade, specializing in public law and has an overwhelming desire to deal with criminal, labor and civil cases.
Its role in the office revolves around organizing the office in terms of meeting dates, holding meetings for the head of the office, coordinating and dealing with documents in a professional manner, in addition to attending sessions and reviewing administrative bodies of a judicial nature.
